Had an issue with the meniscus in my knee and Martyn developed a set of exercises that restored strength in my entire leg following a previous ACL reconstruction 10 years ago, to allow me to get back to running. Definitely recommend!

For the last 15 years I have seen countless physiotherapists for my lower back pain with no diagnosis. It's stopped me from lifting heavy weights and doing normal everyday activities. After one session with John he identified the problem and gave me a diagnosis. Within a week I'm back to lifting heavy weights and I can do normal activities with zero pain. It's truly life changing for me and I can't recommend John highly enough.

I have been seeing John Panagopoulos at Active Physiotherapy Newton for a couple of months. I cannot recommend him highly enough! After suffering chronic neck pain for six months and seeing many specialists, getting x-rays, scans, you name it I booked in to see John. His decades of expertise and knowledge helped get down to the real root of the problem. His recommended treatment & exercises started helping with my pain after my first session. I have also seen him for a nagging hamstring injury that has been bothering me for years and after ONE session there has been no pain. I realise that this sounds like an infomercial but I ensure you it's not and he's really just that good. If you are having chronic pain/ lingering injuries I highly recommend booking in at Active Physiotherapy. Thank you so much for helping me feel normal again, John, I can't thank you enough!
