Extremely professional! Craig did an amazing job. The attention to detail was impressive and his extensive knowledge very helpful. My carpet and upholstery looks like new. It was so refreshing to have a person that was very keen, polite and so good at his job. I have used many carpet cleaning companies over the years and Sparkle Carpet Cleaners are by far the BEST. We have been using sparkle for a number off years now for all our commercial work. We have 10 buildings from Gold Coast to Gympie. We get it done every 3 to 6months. Absolutely amazing work. I cant fault him and his workmanship hasnt dropped.

All communications with Sparkle was easy and straight forward. On the day Craig arrived on time and together we talked about the service provided and requirements from me. I then left Ian to do his thing and when I came back, the property looked amazing. It's my first time having to deal with mould and Ian gave me useful information moving forward. I can't recommend the team highly enough and would use them again in a heartbeat if needed.Thanks for a wonderful experience
