Made sure they had a part for me to pick up a few days later and specified the day I was able to pick it up. I rang up the day of pickup to make sure they had it and they said it'd been sent back to the supplier but could be back in store by 9:30 am the next day. That made it impossible for me to buy the product from them as I was on my way home and live 3hrs out of Perth and wouldn't be able to spend another night there just to pick up a $17 item. I won't be shopping there again.

Just got home after visiting Veale Auto Parts.... had saved the part I wanted, a new brake light and cruise control switch for my wife's Elantra.Five star service from what looks like a very well stocked parts dealer.Never had dealings with them before but made me feel I wish I had, was recommended to me by Auto One so well done them too.I don't know why Veales hasn't more positive reviews, It seems people only bother to post bad ones ! ! ! more people need to experience life through their own experience not through google reviews.I'm sure I'll do business with Veales again in the future. Well done mates.

Had stock that Super Cheap didn't. Friendly, but slightly unprofessional service on the day. I've only been once.The showroom is very limited. However I think these guys have the majority of their stuff behind the counter.

Awesome customer service. Accurate parts supplied which where ordered over the phone. The store has a rangr of spares in stock. My spares where brought in fron another branch within 2 hours. And their prices where really good for well known brands. Cheers
