Peter Alexander Chermside

The Staff at the Chermside store are an absolute delight. I was offered friendly and very helpful service by all Staff. The customer service was a 5 star experience. The quality of clothing and gifts are of a very high standard.

Just want to say a huge thanks to Maddie, she was extremely helpful and was super nice to my two little girls and helped us find exactly what we were chasing!

this barbie looking girl was thinking me and my friends were stealing just cause we were wearing tack pants and a nike shirt she said there was beepers in the change room even tho we didn’t take anything and placed beepers in the changing rooms and calling the police and security it’s sad seeing how people treat other just by the way there looks and the way they dress

Love this store. Perfect example of doing something small and doing it really well. This store focussed on sleepwear and some cute accessories but they spend a lot of time refining their fabric designs. Lovely sets for kids and adults.They have a plus size range which is nice and we definitely like the more shaped nighties rather than just having over sized T-shirt’s!!Staff are amazing and always make us feel welcome.What is not to like about PA?A bit pricey - but we love your stuff!! I visited Peter Alexander for Mother’s Day to purchase something with my daughter. The service upon entry wasn’t great. The team member was having a conversation with some young guy and she attempted to juggle this conversation with customers questions but there was clearly disinterest. The service at the counter was great and the products we bought - as always, were great. I will continue to shop at PA.

I cannot speak highly enough of Peter Alexander and the service.Nicole from online support was so pleasant and very accomodating. Her service cannot be faulted. I cannot thank her enough.Also, Lily at your Chermside Shopping Centre store was amazing. I ended up going into the store and she completed the exhange that I was questioning.Both of these ladies, Nicole and Lily are absolute assets to your company. Their customer service is outstanding and their product knowledge impressive.I have always liked Peter Alexander products, but after this recent experience, from beginning to end, I am a 100% convert and I will not shop anywhere else!
