Ordered a letterbox over 2 months ago… no item received and nil updates aside from a bogus pickup date while trying to get a refund through PayPal. Please avoid this company for your own benefit!

To JamieA big thankyou to Jamie from Urban Metalwork and Design who custom built our aluminium powder coated shrouds for our new house. They did an absolutely amazing job and we couldn’t be happier. The workmanship was excellent and dealing with Jamie was very easy and professional.I have and will continue to recommend Urban Metalwork and Designs to other builders and my friends.Thanks again Jamie for all your efforts from original shop drawing to the end product. We love our shrouds!!!

Had a custom made corten shs fence done by Urban metalwork to my own design and they did an extraordinary job! Beautifully crafted and magnificent, meticulous workmanship. It was not an easy job as the fence panels were a complicated geometric design done to specific dimensions. They clearly take great pride in their work. The only issue I had was it took a long time to make, like around 7 months. But when it arrived it was well worth the wait and I couldn’t be happier with the result. So if you are not in a hurry and you can be patient, then I would highly recommend them.

I recently bought a steel garden ring from Jamie and it was an absolute pleasure. The garden ring is well made, as described and will be a perfect addition to our garden.He was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive and was able to make it up in no time at all. I would absolutely buy again from him and his business! Couldn't recommend Urban Metalwork more.
