This place has people with zero customer service skills.Only reason I buy from there is the product.Have called numerous times to discuss an exchange. Nobody answers , I believe owners should go back to the drawing board , and re interview staff members who are running there business.1 star for Google and other star for my effort in writing this review.

Buy all our shoes here and always had good experience but recently had a not so great experience when the staff were too busy with 1 male customer to serve anyone else leaving us waiting fo shoes for 25mins.. so far 1 off experience

I have purchased few items on August, I still have not received them. The customer service team not helpful at all. They are keep its all on Australian Post. I contacted Australia post they advised me that, they can not help I need to contact the sender. It's been nearly two months I have not got products and nk refund, tried to call footlocker australia over the phone, the stated that customer service is closed.The worst service ever. Please do not buy anything from Footlocker Australia.

Workers make you feel very uncomfortable. Poor customer service. Honestly looks like the workers hate their job there. They never have any shoe in stock and when you want a particular shoe upon release they leave it in the back so that they could only give it to their friends. I’d rather drive to Hurstville to get better service
