I have used their services few times now. It saves me at least 15-30 mins of my valuable time go out to an outlet to give me dry cleaning cloths. Their free pick up and delivery is excellent and so far service is always done on time. The website also makes it easy to put my order after I created my profile for the first time.Keep up the good work.

For what started out as friendly service quickly soured. Long story short, I entrusted this company with a precious item of clothing that I shouldn't have. I stressed how fragile the silk was but it was treated with complete disregard. What I got back was aggressive phonecalls and a completely ruined dress. Their excuse was that it is what happens when they 'generously' gave me the extra silk conditioning service that I didn't want, nor ask for. Please don't make the same mistake as me. They may be able to complete simple dry cleaning but for precious materials, do not bother.
