I called ZC Plumbing Solutions and spoke with Zac, I explained that there was brown water coming out of my taps. Zac advised he would be happy to come by and investigate the issue.An hour later Zac turned up when he said he would, he investigated the hot water heater which is under the middle of the house a difficult location.Zac provided a very competitive price and arrange for Nick and his apprentice to have the new hot water heater installed. Zac is a professional plumber who is willing to assist my project with a reasonable price. He always quotes me the price to be accepted or rejected and never does a tricky charge after he finishes his job. This is a fair go business since you know how much to pay and you can choose to accept or reject it. I have seen so many tricky trade people who charge me over-price like robbing, dodgy, unreliable or even, post a lot of fake google reviews; however, Zac is not one of themMy plumbing project is complicated and massive tasks involved. He has done my oversized grease trap under sloping footpath with many kinds of cables underground, gray water pipe on roof, too narrow gap for pipe and a trouble with sewage points. They are a difficult job but he could deal with these things like boss. I have done many restaurants projects and I could say he is a smart plumber that you can find in market.The job has been done perfectly. Hope to deal with Zac again.
