The team member there at night tonight (24.2.2020 @9.00pm) has the worst attitude and even worse customer service skills last financial year i spent over $4k just in fuel at this store ,doesn't include coffee food or anything else that i buy when iam there. its a common route i take to job site. I can tell you this wont step back in that store again. Teach your team the basics.

Always highly rude, abrupt, unwelcoming etc, don't ask for cash out they'll deny it with a different excuse everytime like tonight no cash out after 9pm when others have done so at midnight and 3am etc...Expect some sort of issue when U go there, even being short changed or accused of having no funds in the bank which happened to a friend of mine approx a yr ago now... Not happy or impressed with the service since the change of owners...Never had an issue before this lot took over!!! Everyone complains about something

Coffee machine always seems to be broken or out of milk or needing tray emptied. Bins inside or around the store never seem to be emptied. Cleaning the coffee machine area never seems to be a priority. Staff seem to charge you for stuff you didn't buy. Won't be shopping there anymore, clearly the store isn't interested in happy customers or money.

My sibling and I went to this 7/11 on Monday 27th of February at 9:40 and the man who worked was super sweet! I see him a lot and always think ‘wow, this is such great service’ but never manage to remind myself to send a review. Coffee is great but customer service is even better!!

Absolutely disgusted with your employee Mahli" for being so discriminating. This is our local service station that we have been coming to for years since it used to be a Mobil service Station. My family also have petrol cards for 7/11 service stations and attend this service all the time. This is the second time my partner and I have been declined to buy petrol during day hours with stupid reasonings. 1st time being I cannot sit in the drivers seat whilst my partner fills the petrol? ( I was to sick to get out of the car this day and do it myself

NEXT 7/11 - There is NO 95, so there is NO good review. Offer the most used petrol and you might go up a few stars.

The lady hostess is just hopeless and not suit service jobs. I never saw her smiles.she is very unhappy when the coffee cup spoiled a bit

Just used the car wash at Bayswater North 7-Eleven and it didn’t even clean my car! I am left with brush strokes all down the sides and on the roof of my car, the windows even still have the windscreen wiper marks on them and are still dry with dust so no water even touched the windows. When it told me to drive out, all this soap just ran down on to my front window. Waist of time and money! I’ll never use this again car wash again and don’t recommend.

Female staff here are so rude every time. They don't bother to greet you nor do they respond to your greeting. I understand they would get feral people coming in, but they just glare at you either way.

The eftpos machine was broken and took the last persons EFT card then mine The woman was so lazy she could not put a sign up saying broken.Hopeless lazy staff.
