Why is it that every time I stop here for my ice coffee ,the ice cups are either water or solid Bricks of ice!? U cant make ur ice coffee with this! And to try and dislodge the ice ur usually breaking the cups. But it's $3.50 to get a extra paper cup!?.. Same with the icecream it's either melted or a solid mutated mess...does no one there know how to put the cold stuff away quickly. Also why are the pies always soft like they are just microwaved? Most of the people there are rude and don't understand a word you say. All of them will ignore u especially since they have their ear piece in talking/ screaming on the phone

Stoped for a quick coffee 29 th dec went in side put my hand in auto sanitzer and its empty normally you go to coffee machine and there is always a sanitizer next to each machine . Non at this place at a time like this when above 11,000.infections a day seven eleven got to be ashamed to let a franchise representing a good company to let all franchisses down this is not one off as been several times before but this will be my last as my health more importan

The staff are extremely rude always on their phones and never acknowledge customers. Last Sunday my girls went into get a slurpee and my 15yr old came out crying because the man spoke to her so rudely. She is already anxious and has been overcoming dealing with strangers and it was a big step to go in without an adult and thanks to your poor customer service she will no longer go in a store without an adult. Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely by far the worst 7 eleven store in the southern hemisphere. Firstly the most rudest unprofessional and worst customer service in history at this 7 eleven. All the staff are arrogant rude impatient unhelpful and can't not even acknowledge the customers. Most of there pricing is incorrect can of coke sign says $2.80 at the counter it comes up $3 20 the rude arrogant man there after I question the price mutters under his breathe its updated in the computer not the price on the shelf. I have met rude but this place takes the cake.

Customer service non existent. Extremely rude, perhaps does not know how to speak. I was having problem with my pay card while getting the fuel discount card scanned and allowed other customer to go in front of me. Upon return to the counter I have asked politely if I need to rescan the fuel discount card, I was told I can't hold your card information forever". A simple yes or no answer was enough rather than a reply with an attitude and the tone that was used. When pointed out of the issue he got agitated. Perhaps some people need to get some better training before starting a job at Seven Eleven in Australia."

This has to be one of the saddest 7-11's I've ever been too.Where to even begin.- air inflator for your tyres was broken- no sanitizer available and the pumps were filthy, ask for a bathroom to wash my hands and nothing was available- employee had no idea what I was talking about when the pump had a sign on it saying you got cheaper fuel if you bought four doughnuts- no paper towels in the dispensers by the pumps to clean your hands and the water jugs were missing- The doughnuts in the display were melting and the icing had spilt everywhere- The tongs were extremely dirty

Absolute rude staff wouldnt let me use the toilet and gave such an unprofessional attitude.Indian front staff working at 11:40am 25th December 2022.Please give feedback to this staff memeber as he was so incredibly rude.
