Body & Soul Women’s Wellness
Helen is an inspiration and has brought me out of my exercise phobia and fear of committing to anything long term. Here I am, a year later and no one is more surprised than me. I doubt I would have kept the consistency up if it weren't for Helen's ability to connect with her clients on a personal level as well as her tenacity and professionalism.

Wow! - I joined Helen's classes a couple of weeks ago and so impressed. Helen is so patient and so knowledgeable on everything fitness, health and wellbeing. Classes are small and everyone is so supportive. Totally recommend this to anyone who is thinking about joining - just do it!
