This is our usual McDonalds joint. The food is generally well made but this time the 3 lots of fries we ordered were barely half full. See pic.

I visit Diamond Creek McDonald's regularly and unfortunately it's not a stand alone experience and I am deeply disappointed with the food and service I received I've had at this fast-food restaurant.To start, let's talk about the Sundaes and thick shakes. I ordered both items regularly at my families request as I drive thru this town to get home. However, what I received more often than less was nothing short of a liquid mess. The Sundaes were a sad reflection of what they should be, with the ice cream melted to the point where it resembled a soupy mixture rather than the creamy delight I had anticipated. Similarly, the thick shakes were thin and watery, completely lacking the thickness and richness that they are supposed to possess.Not only was the quality of the desserts subpar, but I also found them to be incredibly overpriced. Paying a significant amount for what essentially amounted to a cup of liquid was a major letdown. It felt like a complete waste of money and left me feeling quite dissatisfied with my overall experience.Furthermore, the service at Diamond Creek McDonald's was lackluster at best. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent towards fulfilling customer orders promptly and accurately. There was no sense of urgency or a genuine desire to ensure customer satisfaction. It felt as though they were simply going through the motions, lacking any enthusiasm or passion for their work.Overall, my visit to Diamond Creek McDonald's was incredibly disappointing. The poorly executed Sundaes and thick shakes combined with lackluster service left a sour taste in my mouth, figuratively and literally. I would not recommend this particular McDonald's location to anyone.It is my hope that this review serves as constructive criticism and prompts the management team to address these issues promptly. Improving the quality of the food and ensuring attentive and enthusiastic customer service should be top priorities for Diamond Creek McDonald's.

5 star review for a 01:30am feed, the food was cooked fresh and the chips were hot. And considering there's not much else open in the area I've decided to give it a 5 star review.Sure, only the drive through is open and they are running only on a skeleton crew, but the food was cooked fresh and presented to us in a very timely manner, by a welcoming and friendly staff member. I would recommend this place to a hungry traveller at wee hours of the morn.And to be honest, being drive through only it probably keeps the riff raff away also.

why is it that when ordering a coffee with one sugar, the cafe employees seem to just dump the sugar tin in my cup. i have had to throw so many coffees out that were just undrinkable after leaving the drive through to head to work.

Had 3 of the worst cones we have ever had handed to us. The girl at serving handed it to us and shut the window as quickly as she could before we could say anything. I had to knock on the window to ask for some serviettes as my hand was already covered in icecream. Pretty disappointing

One of the few times that the fries at McDonalds have actually tasted fesh and well cooked. Double Quarter was also tasty and well made.The toilet facilities however had a distinct urine smell masked by some form of deodoriser which seemed more like an effort to not clean the facilities properly.

When I stopped in here there were quite a few people scattered around. Anyone from teens to parents with young children and even an older couple.The place certainly wasn't what I would call clean but after I wiped down a table with my napkin it was sufficient to have my coffee.However, the coffee that I purchased was quite good and I did enjoy it. When I ordered my coffee, there were about 4 staff members having a chat behind the counter, but they were very attentive, pleasant to talk to and accommodating while I ordered.

I was a little surprised you have to use the screens to place an order and can't go to the counter like you normally can, which for me being young is totally fine and I prefer it this way, no rushing and can make the order exactly how you like, however I can see a number of others, especially older people, having trouble with this and not liking it. Even my parents aren't old and they still prefer ordering at the counter, but I'm sure there is help available for those who need it.

It's a clean branch and quiet, but they are not fast in food orders, like it's tooks 15 to 18 min waiting to take my small order.
