Ridiculous wait times for prescriptions. Very rude woman behind prescription counter. Do not recommend going unless poor, slow service is more important than saving a few dollars!

Absolutely disgusted with this chemist and the staff at the prescription counter, i have been a couple of times and have witnessed rude unwelcoming, blunt behaviour. Now my partner has also experienced the unacceptable customer service with child in arms trying to fill a script was welcomed with first employee turning their back to her and an elderly lady waiting, once they managed to hail someone’s attention they snatched the script from my partner and proceeded to ask blunt nonsensical questions which my partner could not understand. These employees do not deserve to be in the customer service line of work and should be ashamed of their efforts. Please note main check out staff were quite the opposite well done.

Lovely HUGE NEW building.Much larger than the old one.Friendly, usually, staff who are helpful.4stars and not 5 because, typically, it seems to take ages to wait for a prescription to be filled, no matter how busy, or quiet, the place is.Also, with such a new, much bigger store, there's still only 2, Prescriptions IN"

Not great customer service behind the script counter. Surly with care factor of zero.

If I could give minus 5 stars I would.Says open untill 7 but closed at 6.30. Pathetic!

Very big store & very clean & staff very knowledgeable, polite, friendly & happy...... have a very large selection of everything. Parking is a dream compared to their old location.

They have a habit of refusing to give people over the counter medication. I went in to get 2 packets of Ponstan and was told they could only give me one. I said that's fine, but seeing as literally EVERY other place I've been to for over 4 years haven't had an issue, I asked if it was a new policy or just a Chemist Warehouse thing. I was then extremely rudely told I should get a prescription and that I shouldn't take it more than a few days at a time. At no point did I say I was going to or ask for their D grade advice...Another time a friend and I went in to collect a different over the counter item they had. We'd been to another place previously but they were out, so that pharmacy called this one to ask if they had it in stock. Was told yes and they asked for a name so they could hold it for us just in case. We get there and are told no they don't have any notes about the call at all. We say okay and just ask for this OVER THE COUNTER ITEM and the cashier proceeds to run off for 5 minutes to Check with the pharmacist if they have it in stock" She comes back with it in hand and asks if we have a letter of recommendation from a doctor. Not a script but just a note?? We say no as we've brought this many times in the past and that isn't necessary. She runs off again for another 5 mins only to tell us the pharmacist has said we specifically cannot have it. In conclusion this pharmacy is an absolute joke ran by extremely rude people who make extreme assumptions for no reason. Literally the worst pit of a pharmacy ever it's laughable. Just go to any of the surrounding ones instead!"

This chemist warehouse is pretty fast, has lots of shock and most on the team are friendly but older lady who works there she has always been rude.

Refused to sell sudafed pseudoephedrine to a customer without a script.Staff member Karen was very rude and unprofessional.Zero stars

RUDEST OLD LADY AT BACK COUNTER!!Have been refused over the counter medication multiple times by this lady and judging by the number of 1 star reviews about the same situation I’m sure she’s doing it to multiple other people as well.I have gone to several chemists and been given my medication without a script but all of a sudden this lady thinks she’s above the law and refuses to give me my medication saying I need a prescription to receive it!Don’t even waste your time with this store better of driving the extra 20 minutes to actually receive what you’re going there for.
