Very disappointed - ordered an aioli chicken wrap which barely had a smidge of chicken in a wrap stuck onto the wrapper. No other filling. Poorly run.

Ordered bacon and egg McMuffins pretty standard breakfast order. Order took around 15 minutes and then was missing two McMuffins. Had to wait another ten minutes.Step up your game.

I go regularly to this Maccas in the morning . However, I always have to wait ages for my order as only 2 employees are working. They need more staff

I ordered flat white extra hot, took them 20 min to give me warm coffee, I asked them to make it again, gave me disgusting burnt coffee, asked for the supervisor, finally she made me a proper coffee. They need to teach young worker first proper manner, second how to make a coffee.I wont get coffee from them again, thats for sure!

I ordered a crispy bacon deluxe burger at 02:30am and it was delicious! Freshly made and well centered ingredients. Cheers guys.

These guys need a better system especially during busier periods (ie. late night peek rush) The self service machines rarely ever work and when they do , no order #'s provided or does not let you pay via the machine and then you have to line up again at the unattended registers to pay. Staff always seem to be a bit all over the place or have no common sense or consideration of the chaos on the other side of the counter. This isn't a once in a blue moon issue either. These issues are 100% due to poor management.

The nuggets seemed they have been sitting there a while, girls get nuggets all the time. They said it doesn’t taste right, and sure enough they were a little rubbery not crispy as per usual.

You'd think coming to a place like this after lunch rush there wouldn't be any mistakes. Nope... the manager ended up giving my order to someone else. So someone didn't get what they wanted and I didn't get food at all. 15 mins later, get called up. No apology. I get it, it's Maccas and you shouldn't expect much but come on now...

The staff serving were in the middle of cleaning and were not even following basic food safety practices like wearing gloves etc. The wraps and burger served were not prepared properly and the fillings kept falling off while eating. Really poor service and quality ..

What a waste place. I swear never going to come to this branch ever again.The chicken Burger is completely dry. 1 teaspoon of Mayo in the whole dry Burger. Why do you guys even exist.Pathetic. Couldn't eat the Burger and had to throw it out. Wasted money.
