Summon

Most disappointed with Summon. I was interested in a vehicle they are selling which was described as “meticulously maintained” and “supremely well cared for” which couldn’t have been further from the truth. I was given a quick walk around video but thought best to go and view the car in person to be sure (vehicle was interstate). Lucky I did!Summon owner Gavin who was a nice enough guy picked me up in the vehicle which had not been detailed or even cleaned. It was evident in person this vehicle was not the well loved car it was described as, with the following issues not evident from a quick walk around video -broken roof aerial with a dent around it, surface rust on all the window sills, heavily sand oxidised rear tail light lenses, car wash swirl marks all over the vehicle and spare wheel cover, sand and surface rust under the carpets, dented sill trims and more… all in a luxury suv only 12 years old.Summon are now taking their time returning my deposit, citing that it has to clear their trust fund first.Regarding the owners response, it is well over exaggerated. I did approach the owner of the Black Mercedes G wagen they have for sale and offered him 95k, Summon in the end accepted 95.5K so a low ball offer it was not. It was unprofessional of Summon to also display the owners personal details to me.This was the most poorly kept 2011 G Wagen out of the 4 I have inspected, and as mentioned, none of the flaws were evident in the images or the quick video tour.A horrible customer experience, I do not recommended.
