The centre is simply a joke. No customer service at all. The security guards at the front door just blocked you from coming in and treated you like Covid infected. The lady assisted me at the counter were impatient, unfriendly and unprofessional. She’s completely clueless. No wonder why it’s rated that low. If I could have given a zero, I would definitely will. Such a disgrace!To the staff there, you all should be more compassionate and respectful. Stop being arrogant! People are coming in for help, not supposed to be fooled around and treated like dirt.

My last trip, months ago I had a nasty experience, an older Asian lady, she treats me like I’m some crook & why am I even applying for assistance, don’t judge!On Monday 19/9 I was assisted by two different ladies & they are so attentive & really out to assist. Thank you both for giving me back the faith of Centrelink staffs.One was wearing a hijab & another had long hair ..not tied back..I watched her adjust her worktable’s height.

Instead of listening to the problem and providing help. The front desk lady just provided the ‘shut you up and sent you out’ service. Nice place to get stressed and experience racism if your life is too smooth atm.

Front desk blonde lady was very rude and inconsiderate and impatient. I witnessed her trying to brush off an old lady who was trying to seek assistance. She also passive aggressively insulted myself as I tried to answer as few of her questions. If I had the option of giving .5 stars, I really would. Please fire this atrocious example of customer service

The phone number is seriously a joke to Australians. It asks you in a few words to descibe what you want, say anything you want but it will say goodbye and end the call as it does not recognize basically anything. And with the help of God if it does recognize, it will talk a lot more and the end the call. Such a disgrace for this system.

The staff at the front door and check in desk are friendly and helpful but a brown middle aged woman with glasses servicing customers are impolite, inpatient and unfriendly

What a wonderful seamless experience with our affairs at this branch.Thank you Nora for your efficiency, advice and most pleasant nature.All our preconceived ideas about Centrelink offices certainly do not apply here! Highly recommended.
