Almost drove to Ballarat from Melbourne to look at a Kia Cerato and had booked in an RACV pre-inspection anticipating closing a deal . Exercising extra caution above website assurances, I asked to look at the log book details which showed three services instead of the required manufacturers four , for a car with 61000 km and that the car did not have the safety pack claimed ,a fundamental aspect of the car. So please do a thorough due diligence . My first contact person was at least pleasant and helpful and this type of customer service would have prevented this google review.
