Ordered 4 items for a kitchen package at my local store. I was not told they would be delivered from 2 separate warehouses when I placed the order. When all the products were available and ready, my deposit already paid, I booked the delivery and I was advised I needed to be available all day 8am to 5.15, for the 2 deliveries The 2nd delivery did not arrive until 5.15pm. Why was it impossible to get all 4 products to my local store and deliver them all together?? A three hour wait is great service, but 9 hours on standby really needs to improve.

Sales person refused to price match product even though the front counter told us that they are able to. Don’t expect them to price match any products that you’re interested in. Best to call other Good Guys store in the area. Poor customer service.

Electronics warehouse, selling all kinds of home gadgets, from Air con to Air purifiers, Toasters to grills,TV'S to sound systems. Drones and refrigerators. You name it they have it. Excellent service, great prices and offers. Nice to shop there.

Seriously disappointed. (Although a first world problem) Recent purchase same location excellent. This time ordered a high end Sony TV - Delivery promised (as we had grandkids staying and the TV packed up - Winter blues) - Great. Next day, heard nothing and followed up tracking to be told - there's been a mistake and delivery had not been booked and nothing could be done and we need to arrange another date or collect ourselves". No serious plan to fix other than this 'solution'. Grandkids will have left by then ......."

recently I have purchased three Falcon RS52 TVs from Goodguys in Thomoastown, Victoria.When we walked into the TV section of the store, we managed to locate a salesperson who happened to be the store Manager. Our requirement was to buy three suitable 40 TVs for our business to play little videos and stills. According to the store Manager's recommendation Falcon RS52 met our requirement and bought three of them.Upon mounting all three TVs in the business

Unfortunately - Consumers beware. Additional product warranty added to overall cost without customer knowledge or consent. Staff was also not overly forthcoming with the value ($49) or the details of the warranty.Maybe Consumer Affairs should know about this practice.

I needed to buy a range hood and had been to several electrical retailers, including other Good Guys stores, to look at what was available - on each occasion the customer 'service' I got was appalling.At Good Guys at Thomastown, I met Zlate M whose customer service skills were excellent. He listened attentively to what I needed and due to his knowledge of his products, was able to recommend one. He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly.Good job Zlate M, sales people that know their products and are willing to provide good customer service are few and far between - thank you and 10/10

Shop experience was good. but, Delivery was really bad. I had a premium delivery and the guys turned my fridge on with all shelves including freezer compartments taped with hard sticky tapes(which they used for safe transport). I had really hard time removing the frozen tapes and they didn't come off completely. Now the shelves look terrible .
