I was quoted $89 over the phone for a simple wheel alignment, went there to drop my car off today and got a call 5 minutes later saying they need to do a tyre rotation and wheel balance for an extra $50 so i said no worries. I come back an hour later when it’s done and the total is $180? Checked the receipt and the wheel alignment by itself was $130 instead of $89. I called to discuss this and Link who answered the phone was being very condescending over the phone talking to me like they would never quote $89 for a basic wheel alignment but when I said that they did he retracted his statement and said oh yeah only if we did the front alignment it would be around $89, so the same day I called and was quoted this price I booked straight in so tell me why they changed it to a ‘4 wheel alignment’ when it wasn’t what I asked for? Called Tyre Power Booragoon and they said for everything I had done today at the O’Connor store they would have done for $130. They are the same business just different locations barely 10km between them and they are charging completely different prices? Actually a joke-I was referred to tyrepower from autobahn and they wrote on my service receipt that tyrepower would do it for $99. Never going to either businesses after this :(

Had a small issue and Linc fitted us in at short notice. Very happy with the service and knowledge he gave us. Would highly recommend getting your tyres or wheel alignment done with these guys!!

Staff very friend but the low review is due to issues I’ve had since my tires were swapped and balanced.Ever since I had my tires swapped last year, I have had chronic issues each time I took my wheels off.All of my wheel studs have been cross threaded so every time a tire is changed, I need to snap the wheel studs and have them replaced.I cannot be sure that it was because of the tire swap, but every time the nut came off after the service, it always has an issue.I believe this is caused when they put the tire back on with air tools rather than starting the nut by hand.
