This memorial has the name of my grandfather's elder brother Private James Mackie. Son of parents John and Mary A. Mackie, of Trafalgar, Victoria, Australia. Native of Fife, Scotland. It may be tucked away in a side street off the Highway but it is a well kept and proud Monument and well worth the detour.
