Muscle activation treatment.Ray is amazing! My son had been treated by numerous physiotherapists with different diagnoses - Severs, muscle tightness, rapid growth etc. After 18months and no relief we were tearing our hair out. Our first session with Ray I felt we were in safe hands. Fast forward 3 months and my son is pain free - running faster and jumping higher. The holistic approach Ray takes really works. I booked in with Ray at RunEtics for the Muscle Activation Treatment advised to me by my coach. I had been having continuous pain and weakness in my left calf even after seeking treatment from several other places before seeing Ray. He quickly identified the issues that were causing my calf pain but also a pain in my shoulder simultaneously! One session and I felt better then I had in months! I had a long term (approx. 18 months) issue with my calf and was unable to run any distance more than 1km without experiencing discomfort during and after a jog. After 2 sessions with Ray I have jogged 3 times in the last week. Delighted with the outcome. Cheers Ray

I first approached Ray with a very sore knee which had stopped me from doing virtually any form of exercise. My whole leg seemed to be seizing up and very painful. With only 3 visits I can tell you that I feel wonderful. I have just been back to my exercise class after 4 weeks and experienced no pain during class which was staggering.
