Fantastic salon and staff are so friendly and professional.

I followed my hair stylist to this salon and have been twice and looking forward to my 3rd visit. This salon is so welcoming and friendly, people know my name and who I see after only 2 visits and have been super happy with everything. The most important thing is that my stylist (the lovely Alison) seems so happy there which says that this salon not only looks after their clients but each other as well. Looking forward to many years of great haircuts and service

I waited 2 months for an appointment made for 0945 which was fine and I received a confirmation text the day prior. I did not notice they had changed my time to 1030 and confirmed my appointment. I arrived at 0945 to a chilly reception by an extremely indifferent person. She gowned me up and informed me my appointment wasn’t for 45 minutes. She told me I’d agreed to it but I suggested if they were changing the time perhaps a phone call to discuss would be more appropriate. She was so rude and ready to argue with me. What happened to customer service??? I have been going to this salon for over 15 years. My interaction with this person has ruined my experience and I will never return. I hope the manager does some retraining

Terrible cut and flat/ dead" colour. Left the salon with hair that looks drier and unhealthier than when I went in. What an all-round horrible experience. Will not be going back."

I've been getting my my hair cut here for many years and 2 years ago I decided to cut my long hair to a long bob and Emma did such an amazing job I left the salon feeling great and she was very helpful when deciding what type of cut I should do with my shorter hair. I have recently gotten my hair coloured pink with Evarna and also had amazing results that last so well and my hair feels great! Can't recommend this salon enough

I went in for a cut and re-tone of my hair. It was only my second time using the salon. I was happy the first time.I walked out with ‘face framing layers’ when I asked for nothing of the sort. I also lost close to two inches off the length. Cue unwanted 90s haircut. The haircut itself is uneven at the back and very difficult to manage, even after attempts to style it myself. This was despite a more senior stylist stepping in to try to fix The error of the junior stylist. I’ve lost volume at the front of my hair and it’s layered quite far back.The man who toned my hair wasn’t sufficiently trained and very, very junior and applied toner to my sopping wet hair and didn’t brush it through (just collected my hair into a pony tail roughly) resulting in no change to my hair colour once I washed it myself at home (what a waste of $50 and my time…).I can’t fault the staff though - they are lovely and refunded my haircut cost. I’ll need a refund on the toner too as there’s no change in colour. I just think to represent such a big brand staff need to be trained accordingly.

I came in to get my hair fixed (after an unfortunate experience at a different salon) and Michelle did not disappoint. She was so lovely and completely revived my hair, making it the absolute perfect colour. I couldn’t be happier with their service, everyone was so kind and I will definitely go back. Thank you so much!

My first visit to this salon and I will return. The hair colour by Alison was the best I've had in years- really suits me and is much warmer. My cut by Emma was also excellent despite my hair already being so short. They were all very relaxed which was good although I'd probably prefer things to be a little tighter to reduce time in the salon. But overall an excellent result which I will be wanting repeated. Thank you!

Natalie at Toni&Guy Brighton is absolutely amazing! She is super talented, lovely, friendly and has done such a wonderful job with my new hair cut. I love my new bob! Not only has Natalie transformed my hair, but she has given me great hair care advice and best recommendations for my style of hair.
