Peaceful setting with stunning country views and relaxed vibe

We adored this accommodation. It is secluded, private and homely, with so many luxurious touches. One of the best B&B experiences of we've ever had, hands down. The room is spacious but cosy, with everything you'd need to be comfortable (including incredible views of the rolling green hills and wandering chooks out the big windows). The hosts are very warm and friendly, making you feel at ease instantly. Nothing is too much trouble. The place is run so professionally, with a lot of thoughtful details and added extras such as a big claw foot bathtub, foot spas and a projector cinema space. The breakfast menu is extensive and all tastes so fresh and delicious. A huge bonus is the range of beautiful pets (including bunnies!) who are all so friendly and really add to the countryside experience. The location is great - not far from Launceston by car, and close to wineries and lots of decent flyfishing destinations too. Four nights was not enough, we'd have happily spent two weeks fully submerging ourselves in the lifestyle that Patersonia offers. We will definitely be back!

Awesome place, highly recommend this. I was travelling to Launceston on business, was tired of city hotels so decided to try something new. A short drive from the city, I found this beautiful resort style home with spacious rooms, fully featured and super clean. The hosts are amazing and will indulge you with fresh, home cooked food for dinner or breakfast. I was there for a night but kinda wish I stayed longer. Will definitely go back whenever I am in the area.
