LOFT Pilates
LOFT Pilates is THE BEST! I used to be someone who struggled to commit to exercise regularly UNTIL I joined LOFT ~ now I really look forward to classes 3 times a week! My flexibility, tone & strength continues to progress ~ all thanks to the fantastic instructors! After more than 6 months of regular classes I am amazed at all the different routines! It's a great community at LOFT ~ I highly recommend them!
