I went to Rick with an ankle injury that I sustained over a decade ago. It was severely limiting my lifestyle and making running difficult and painful, and even at times making walking uncomfortable.A handful of sessions later and my ankle feels much stronger and has greater mobility than I’ve had in years. I have been meaning to write this review for a while now but at the same time I have been quietly waiting to see whether I could maintain my results...I have, and I am so bloody happy. For years I have suffered from IBS symptoms, and then I stumbled across the Healthy Formula. Thank god. Rick is an absolute professional and his knowledge will blow your mind! I am delighted and can highly recommend.

I find here from the good reviews from google. I must say, the good reviews are accurate. I threw my back out twice a month, and I was so desperate to fix it. I wasn't sure how much it would get better after first visit. I must say, it got so much better, I couldn't not believe it! Rick's assessment was so accurate and I was so happy that I got my mobility back so quickly. I had to go back only few times and pretty much it close to back to normal. But I will def go back to maintain my back here and there. I would highly recommend Rick!

After around 12 years of dealing with gut issues from IBS and seeing doctor after doctor, specialists, naturopaths, dietitians, then tests including, x-rays, ultrasounds, colonoscopies etc and being told it’s ‘just’ IBS and to follow a Fodmap diet for the rest of my life. I decided enough is enough. I heard about Functional Medicine Practitioners and sought to find one in Victoria. After reviewing the ones available I decided on Rick Davids. And I certainly hit the jackpot. From the first appointment it was obvious Rick knew his stuff and throughout the whole Reset Program he provided me with so much knowledge that I didn’t really have many questions as he already provided all the answers! After numerous tests I followed his protocol and have come out so much better. And even if I relapse down the track, he has given me the tools to be able to get back on track again. You can do the tests and seek help from local GPs, but they don’t know how to interpret the tests and provide the protocol to alleviate the symptoms. So, if you have suffered like me for years, I highly recommend seeing Dr Rick Davids as you won’t regret it. It will be the best money you ever spent to get your health back again. I am eternally grateful for his professionalism, support and guidance.

Dr. Rick Davids was highly recommended by my daughter who had seen him before. She was raving about Rick's passion for his work and told me to see him as he the best osteopath.How true! Rick is friendly, kind, caring, supportive and has a comprehensive span of knowledge. I was astounded by the improvement and relief he was able to provide. I was recommended to see Dr Rick Davids after 6 weeks of agonising back pain, which was misdiagnosed. I could not vouch for his services more. He was highly professional, very throughly explaining the treatment and provided a great deal of knowledge and reassurance. The clinic was also very welcoming and calm environment, with my appointments always on time. So thankful for Rick and would definitely reccomend to anyone looking for an osteopath.
