Super impressed and can’t recommend the Myaree Bridgestone Select store highly enough!We received a video message from the mechanic going through the aspect of the car that he’d assessed and explained what needed repairing and what could wait until the next service. The video was so detailed and clearly explained that we completely trusted the work that was being done on the car.We will definitely be returning for future services on both of our cars, as well as tyre replacements. The first time I 100% trusted what a mechanic was saying to me.

I took a tyre in to be replaced, they put on a new tyre and I said aren't you going to put it on the car, they said No, I said it will only take 5 minutes, he said I don't have 5 minutes, so I said I wouldn't have come here if I had known you wouldn't put the tyre on the car. I paid for the tyre but the EFPOST machine was really slow, the guy started complaining how the EFPOST provider doesn't give good service, 5 minutes have since passed he could have fitted the tyre in that time. He then continued his complaint after the transaction finally completed, thanks for the poor service

I cannot fault this store for service, I called in at 4.50pm on a Friday afternoon only to be greeted by a smiling Nathan. Nathan went beyond what was requested of him and the whole time he was polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this store for any tyre or mechanical service. Thank you Nathan

I had to take my car for repairs and was so impressed with the customer service! Caleb provided excellent service and communication. They seized 4 of my lug nuts, when I went to my local mechanic, they told me they did this from rattle gunning it on. Very unprofessional and would not admit to it. Extremely immature.They also scratched the back side of my rims.

I was pleasantly surprised at this multinational delivering fantastic service. I purchased new tyres and a week later a wheel alignment. Both times the staff were terrific. The only thing they could have done was to suggest the wheel alignment when the tyres were fitted. Well done to the team.

Took my car here to get new tyres fitted.They deformed and rounded off all 16 lug nuts on my wheels.The 4 that wasn't damage was a security lug nut.I emailed the shop to complain and to get lug nuts replacement but never receive a call back.I am now having to buy 16 replacement lug nuts to torque spec the wheels so the wheels won't fall off.Most people don't check their lug nuts after tyres replacement so they won't know.

Car was booked in for 8am and I called and notified them I would be at least half an hour late and they said it was OK they would look at my car as soon as it came in.I got there 40 minutes late and they got me to fill out all the paperwork and took my keys and made me wait for an hour and 10 minutes then came out and said because I am late they can't do my car today.Real bad service. I understand I was late but making me wait for an hour and 10 minutes then telling me is a big waste of time.Will never go there again and would never recommend anyone to them unless you have alot of time to waste.The other lady there had to wait nearly 2 hours before they even took her keys from her to start her car so obviously they have bad timing issues.
