I have no hesitation in giving John George a 5 star rating. He managed a difficult situation with my property. He was very professional in dealing with all those involved and always had the owner's interests in mind while also ensuring the tenants were fairly treated. The result was more that I had initially expected due to John's patience an perseverance.

I can highly recommend Den Property Group. John was able to have a tenant in my place less than two weeks after the ad went up and got more for the place than even my best hope for the property. He was able to get 25% more than the same apartment next door that was leased at the same time.John has been fantastic from the start, coming to see my property the same day I called him and organising everything so I didn't have to worry about a thing. He is very responsive and actually puts effort in to make sure everything that needs to be done gets done.If you are looking to rent your property, you won't find better than Den Property Group

We were tenants in a property John from Den Property Group managed - If we could give more stars we would! All throughout our tenancy, John worked with us and for us. He went above and beyond when it came to repairs, updates from the owner and rental adjustments during Covid.
