2 star is for the product. Service is 00000 star. Unfortunately we have to deal with you as a supplier. I had given feedback about the bad service to the management but not much improvement. Shower trays with the tile inserts don't allow enough water into drain...Akril rep agreed with faulty tray and sent message to warranty laddy who refused to help with a wire grate to help with water flow restricted with the tile grate or even willing to looking at or into the problem. ....terrible product and service did buy a few of these and and regret

Excellent product and serviceThe Akril splashbacks look gorgeous in our new kitchen and seem to be a very good quality material. I must say the customer service was first class as we had to order custom size panels through email before that we order for samples and we received those samples within a week, everything went smoothly and received the panels very quickly. Overall very happy with the experience and would definitely buy from them again.
