Very beautiful. Very natural. The only thing that spoiled it was the very loud and very fast ski boats. I don't think they've ever heard of the word 'muffler'.

Great place for families and groups, the road out from Fernvale is terrible. A goat track is a suitable explanation and even then a goat track would be smoother. Fuel, food shops and camping are close to the Spit. Lots of areas for bbqs and covered seating.

Beautiful spot for a getaway closer that feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere while still being close to get to. Great for skiing.

Been coming here midweek for years. Absolutely beautiful on a warm sunny day. Give the weekends a miss as the place gets crazy.
