From first contact at their showroom, to home visits to provide samples, to installation and follow up it was obvious that they have integrity and aim to leave their customers completely satisfied in every way. I am very impressed and will praise this business whenever I get the chance.

We are very pleased with the professional service Andersons Tweed Heads provided in replacing our carpet. From the beginning Melissa helped us select a variety of carpets which might suit our needs. We were able to bring home samples & try in our home & this enabled us to select the right carpet for us. Our carpet was installed today by Kyle & Dave. The installation was excellent, they moved our furniture, installed the new carpet & put our furniture back, we even were about to get our doors trimmed by Kevin so they open perfectly. The experience from start to finish was very well done by Andersens Tweed Heads & we would highly recommend them for your carpet needs

I found Andersens Tweed Heads through my insurance company, and they were to install my flooring, so I just came across them, but couldn't of chosen any better myself. From the first phonecall with Melissa, they were super helpful and friendly. Very professional, and very pleasant to deal with. I was kept up-to-date with everything, from flooring being ordered to being informed what time my flooring was to be installed. They were very apologetic when my first colour choice was delayed and then out of stock, but gave me another (even better) colour option, which worked out perfectly. Aaron at Andersens carpets was so friendly and helpful when we came in to look at the carpets that we decided to go with him for our flooring. The service provided was exceptional and when we needed help with our vinyl planks he went out of his way to help. We are extremely grateful for all his help and would recommend Andresens Tweed any day.

The staff all know their products very well and were able to show me exactly what I was looking for, they listened to me and offered me a range of options and I was very happy to place an order. Melissa was outstanding with her customer service, firstly coming to my house to measure up and to confirm that I had settled on good choices for my home. She followed the process through at every stage and even checked with me post installation. I am very happy with the price and the quality of the products that I purchased. The installers all did a very professional job and I can only offer the highest of praise to the entire team.

Just bought and laid this korlock flooring today. Really happy with the result, looks awesome.Brian from this store is a legend. He gave me great advice with the product and some tips on laying. We also got the best price.I would highly recommend these guys to buy your flooring from. Great friendly service.The two photos show the laid floor, skirting and office drawers tomorrow.
