Mark and Kirsty from Cube Real Estate are fantastic Agents! They were the Agents at the open home which I ended up buying. They were not only so easy to deal with concerning the purchase of the property but they went on to find us new tenants for the house which was then leased after purchase. They have been my managing agents for a number of years. Nothing was ever a problem for them and they always went out of their way to make sure that the tenant and us as owners were completely satisfied. I could not recommend them more highly. Without a doubt the most genuine and easy to deal with property management team I’ve ever dealt with. Incredible service and do an incredible job of balancing the best interests of both owners and tenants.Also noticed in the neighbourhood that their “For Sale” signs never stay up for longer than a week or two so obviously pretty good on that side too
