We come regularly for the gluten free goodies - so much choice!This week we preordered online as we were tight for time. We arrived and they were super busy, and after 20 mins past my pre-ordered pick up time, I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave.Penny reached out via email, graciously explained that they had had staff call in sick and offered a full refund. Wonderful service from a small business under pressure on a busy Saturday eve and very very appreciated.

The people here were great. The children very polite and helpful. The food delicious and well cooked. Needs some pretty artwork on walls and maybe some nice flowers on tables and benches. Besides that extremely impressed with the children's good manners and customer service. Stopped in here on road trip to Brisbane the food tasted really fresh. However, I did think the fresh prawns were a little expensive. Good prices on fish and chip packs and calamari. I would certainly go back to this fish and chip shop.

I was very surprised how good my fish burger was. The staff were lovely. I couldn't believe what I got and for the price of it. And it was so awesome to meet a local and have my brunch with him and his cavalier poodle. I had to wait a bit because it is popular with the local's. But my encounter with the person which if you can give a shoutout to please...is a memory that will stick

I went out of my way to return to this shop. Sadly the quality of food has declined from what it once was. Paid $35 for horrible, horrible over-grease-soaked grisly calamari. Chips that have clearly been cooked again and then again. And then again. Disgusting and un-eatable. I ordered whiting and received scrappy “butterfly” fish. Binned the lot! Deserve a full refund and apology. Hated the whole experience, ruined my Sunday. What has happened to this place? Won’t return.

Ordered by phone and went to shop to collect after 20 mins and was advised order wasn’t ready. Asked after another 25 min wait and it had been sitting in warmer whole time. Was told “I didn’t put it there”. No apology. Very meagre servings of fish and crumbed prawn cutlets. Very expensive for poor service and meagre meals.

Fish was good, chips were a bit cold and there weren't many considering we ordered a large, serving sizes need to be bigger or charge less. Ordered for pick up in an hour, seems like it was cooked straight away and kept in their warmer...

Came in recently and the music was a bit loud and difficult to understand the cashier, but got it sorted. Came back a second time and it might be my imagination, but the staff didn't seem as friendly, rude almost and not smiling, limited pleasantries...or do i just expect too much that the staff might smile and be friendly?I'm happy to cut you some slack if you're having a bad day, i just think I'd rather give someone a smile and wish them well while you're at it.Please understand i am merely pointing out how it felt, not deliberately trying to make anyone feel bad.Fortunately the food is really good and i have enjoyed it both times.
