I cannot recommend this company enough.We found we were losing water from our pool a few days before we were due to leave on an extended holiday overseas and were quite stressed. The leak was causing a mud pit in our yard, and we had to fill our pool every week so the filter could run. When we called and explained the situation, they had someone out that day to assess the problem and provide options and solutions to get the leak under control until it could be fixed when we returned.This also enabled us to hold the builder accountable who damaged our pool plumbing during landscape renovations,We were able to go on our holidays without the stress of worrying about this leak, and we are forever grateful for their quick response, honest advice and service.We will be using them for all our plumbing requirements from now on.

Be careful to get a quote first and make sure they stick to it. I am sure the owner and plumbers of this company give quality and considerate customer service. However, I cannot say the same for the two female Administration people who answer the phone and take the bookings. Their system is very slack and they make no effort to ask details of the job required, yet have no hesitation to announce a fee of over $650 for one tap.....and I had to dig that out of them after they sent the plumber with no information on the job at all and he had to go to try to pick up supplies. If I had known the fee would be so much (ostensibly for copper piping) I would have delayed the booking so I could budget for it. They still intend to charge me a callout fee of which they could also give no idea of the amount to me on the phone. The very unpleasant call was ended with the generic sarcasm of someone who is basically a smart*ss. You have a nice day." I really hope the owner of Plumbaround finds himself some well-trained

Big thanks to the contractor and staff at Plumaround! We won't be using another plumber from here out. The tradesman who attended to our job was on time, very informative and more helpful than previous plumbers we have enlisted. The cost was reasonable and that is so hard to find these days!

They were running a bit behind so the boss came around himself & fixed the problem very quickly & the price was good. We have recently moved to the area & have used them twice & would highly recommend their service.

Incredible service! Plumbaround's emergency response time was amazing - they were at our Brisbane office first thing in the morning and located and fixed the fire hose plumbing pipe leak underneath the driveway in record time.
