Beaurepairs are great. Close to Grafton Shopping Centre. They are polite and what you ask for you get. Do tyres, mechanical work etc. Plus you can shop at the centre while you wait. Or just have a coffee.

You get the best advice from the blokes here, and everyone is always friendly. They're in the job because they love it, not just to make money. I thought my rims were too wide and went there for advice, which cost nothing. I have taken other vehicles there and will continue to go there with my new ute. They don't just sell tyres, they do wheel alignments as well, go n see them for all your tyre and steering needs...

Got 2 new front tyres and they snapped a wheel stud. They agreed to repair and when I turned up to agreed time of 8am, got told they changed their mind and refused to fix.Could have at least had the decency to call and tell me and cancel my appointment! Could have saved me a trip to town. Not happy!

Made an appointment for a trailer rego at 3 pm.Arrived at 2.45 pm thinking that by arriving early I might made things a little easierOn arrival I was told to cool my heels and at 3.15 pm was told that the had sqeezed in another job and that I would have to wait another 30 minutes!No respect for my time .Why bother with making an appointment?Very very poor service indeed!Went across the road and had my inspection done in 5 minutes flat!

When I was caught in a bind the staff at Grafton were really helpful. They then followed up with prompt and excellent service. Paul and the team at Grafton were great to deal with and very professional, but best of all went out of their way to help me.

Amazing service+++ Popped front tyre, didnt have NRMA. Came to my work place changed tyre and then took away to shop to put on new tyre. I thought I needed two new back tyres but they didn't rip me off and advised me that I still had 5000km to go on them before I needed to change. didn't charge me for coming out and changing tyre, dropped car back off to work place.

My son has just had a great experience with Paul and the staff at Beaurepaires while travelling up the coast from Sydney. They had him up and running quickly after a problem with his wheel.
