Gardenia House
Fantastic location right under the Nut in Stanley very close to Moby Dicks for a very good breakfast and a good coffee. The cooking facilities at Gardenia are very minimal in the 2nd apartment and no wash up facilities. The rooms are very clean and tidy and the bed was a delightful experience slept very soundly. Plenty of power points for computer etc you can make your own coffee and tea but be prepared to make an effort to get the milk out of the packet.

Had a wonderful time with my family, beautiful location. Pub up the road, general store down the stairs and beach so close you could see the fish in the water. Lots of hangout space in the house and everything there you need for a few days away.

Quaint heritage home beautifully renovated with such a homely atmosphere. Supplied with everything you could possibly want or need, even the wood fire was stoked ready to be lit on our arrival. Very relaxing atmosphere. Despite the poor weather our stay was most enjoyable. Lots to see and do. Would highly recommend for a hassle free holiday.

The views are spectacular, and the location can't be beat - the shops are virtually across the road, Stanley's 'Nut' is basically in the backyard. The house itself is very cute but has a lot of mod-cons. The house is split into two units, but you can also rent the whole house if you've got a lot of people.

Gardenia House
This was such a cute and cosy place to stay. Everything was clean and neat. A real treat was having the fireplace pre-loaded with wood, kindling and paper needing only a match to get it roaring, a really thoughtful touch. We had dinner in town, which was an easy 2 minute walk. We took the opportunity to go to the local penguin viewing area before settling in for the night. We were rewarded with a couple of pairs of little penguins.
