Bought a Weber Master-Touch Kettle Plus (black) barbeque (for briquettes). It's fantastic. The sales lady was very pleasant and not pushy and that's why I also purchased quite a few accessories and utensils. Looking forward to many many years of happy barbequing.

I recently attended the low and slow bbq class, it was a wonderful experience. Aimed at the backyard cook, we learnt new techniques and methods to improve our low and slow cooks at home. Staff were very knowledgeable, lots of information shared and we got to eat what was cooked. Great experience! Highly recommended.

Recently visited the store as I was interested in getting a Weber for summer. What a great experience it turned out to be! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, the store is beautiful and so much to choose from. Was lucky enough to be there for a cooking demonstration which was both eye opening and mouth watering. What Michele can do with a Weber was unbelievable. She then walked me through selecting the right Weber for me and the whole experience was a joy from start to finish. I would highly encourage you to take the time to visit this store as the level of service and knowledge by the wonderful staff is second to none. I could not recommend them highly enough.

We had a great night out with the team at Watergardens while we attended the low and slow bbq class. The pitmaster and team were very knowledgeable and lots of information was shared. The food the team cooked was delicious. Can’t wait to try the recipes at home. The showroom is fantastic with lots of fireplaces, bbqs and accessories to look at and purchase to replicate at home.

Thanks also to Brian, Sam and Aiden. From the first visit to the store to installation, the team were patient and helpful with all my queries as a first time buyer of wood heater.
