HCF

We have been with HCF for 8 years, We really love HCF. Specially Ari from Chadstone team. He is so dedicated , kind and very efficient .He helped me out with my extra cover for my dental when I needed the most !I wish I could go higher than 5 stars ! I have recommended HCF to my boss. Wonderful services from Ari :-)

Well that had to be the worst experience of my life thus far. The girl we spoke with had zero interest in helping, was bordering on rude and totally dismissive. After getting married we need to consolidate our cover with one or other provider. Put simply she has single handedly lost our business. We will be moving to Medibank who were totally the opposite. It seems they actually want our business. Thanks for many years of what I considered to be excellent service.

I worried before come in because of bad reviews on here. However, the lady was really kind and helpful, even our quote was expired, she did everything for us again and we were able to switch to HCF without any problem. Really happy with the service.

Dealing with Ari was impeccable from start to finish. He ensured that I understood everything and that I was happy with my new policy; much more efficient than calling HCF.

I can safely say that when I called I got very fast replies, when I went there in person there was a great guy on the door and Michelle looked after me. Exceptional customer service and a real pleasure. A real pleasure doing business with you.

If I could go higher than 5 Stars I would. Great service and they helped me increase my limits.

Had a few claims that I needed to make. I had the pleasure of dealing with ari who even went through my cover to make sure that I was on the best level for me 10/10

HCF Worst customer service ever, Tried to access free skin check service that HCF were advertising on TV. Phoned HCF and they put me through to the service provider where I left a message. No response. Phoned HCF who gave me a direct number to call. No response. Phoned HCF the service was fully booked out but HCF were still advertising the service as available. 24/2 Requested a team leader to contact me to give me an update on availability of this service, also requested a new card. No team leader got back to me. 11/3/20 was organising new prescription glasses and when processing the purchase through my extras ,my card was declined. HCF had deactivated my card before the new card arrived. Apparently no one can fix this problem. Now unable to access services. Went on to the HCF Complaint to process my complaints, promises response in 48 hrs, no response. Numerous calls later to get onto a team leader/ resolution officer to resolve issue, now 20/3 ,I have another card being sent to me. Still don't have an active card. From here will shop for a new health fund

I had a great experience with Ari and Chris, both were very prompt, professional and knowledgeable when helping me through the process of sorting out my health insurance and claims. 10/10 would recommend, always love going into a branch for this reason :)
