I have talked to this wonderful. Matthew is certainly nothing but find food and great service. He shows great respect and wants nothing more for the please. The customer is always kind of respectful and I believe you should get much more people coming in your nice place for the family for the night. Honestly, you should try it out for yourself and not take my word on me for granted go out and try this place Trust me you won’t regret it.

We got food catered from here for our Daughters 4th birthday party.Food was delicious, on time, well portioned and well priced. Service was very friendly too. Highly recommended! Thank you and keep up the good work!

This place has been around for a few years and has recently changes ownership with a few improvements. I recently visited and met the new owner Mohammed. A very keen young and enthusiastic man who serves great authentic middle eastern baked goods all baked inside a wood fired oven. I had a delicious cheese pizza and will be heading back for more. Great value, and friendly service to match.

Excellent fresh Manoush, ordered the Zaatar with veg and it was delicious. The owner is so friendly too. You can't beat made to order! Thouroughly reccomended.

I really enjoy the food here! Particularly the wraps & pizzas. They're extremely wholesome and fresh. I recommend Operation Zaatar. 10/10.

You know the food is good when you dig in and forget to take a picture because it looks THAT GOOD. Well presented dishes, decent priced menus, cooked to order and served hot with friendly out going staff. I would drive from Bankstown just for their fruit cocktail (and im not a huge fan of fruity drinks) so when you're next in do give it a try their AMAZINGG!

Loved the bread - freshly baked to order! The wrap was a generous portion and really delicious and the platter is good value for money too.
