Westmark Milton

Lived in this building for a year left to travel and now I’m back to live at Milton!Funnily nothing much as changed since I last left! Bette and Tony have been as amazing as ever with helping me find a place it and honestly I have never been so much at peace looking for a place! I am really happy to be back here because the care and attention that the team at Westmark Milton give towards all their residents is just amazing. They go above and beyond for the smallest things and it’s not just a great apartment that makes it a great place to live in it’s honestly the team at Milton that sort of top it all off!Thank you Bette and Tony you’ve made my move really smooth so far and I am really looking forward to moving back into Westmark :)

Westmark Tower was our home for almost five years and we would have happily stayed longer if we hadn't purchased our own house. The location was fantastic, and we were grateful for the outstanding management team, Bette and Tony. They were not only kind but also exceptional at maintaining the premises impeccably. Whenever we encountered any minor issues with our unit, they were quick to respond and provided timely assistance. Our stay at Westmark was undoubtedly the best rental experience we have had, and we owe it all to Bette and Tony.

My partner and I have lived at Westmark for around two years and have enjoyed our time at the building and have found the on-site management team friendly and always available to assist with ongoing issues. The biggest test for the team came in early 2022 with the terrible floods that impacted the city. They were quick to respond to the threat, communicative and pitched in to remedy the issues that faced the building after the event. In terms of location, Westmark is well suited to quickly access the city, with the rail station just across the road and a huge range of shops and restaurants within arm's reach. The apartments themselves are well maintained, modern and spacious.

I had the pleasure of calling Westmark my home for nearly 5 years, and it was an outstanding experience. Bette and Tony are truly exceptional and have made Westmark one of the top complexes in Milton. They run a tight ship and ensure the building is always clean and secure. During the flood in February 2022, they went above and beyond to keep residents safe and informed. Thanks to their efforts, the building was quickly restored to its former safe and welcoming state. If you're searching for a well-managed and trouble-free place to live, I highly recommend Westmark.

The Westmark apartment is undoubtedly one of Brisbane's finest residential complexes, boasting breathtaking views and exquisite interior design. You also got the best CBD view from the roof. And it’s centra air condition system won’t let you feel too hot in summer. There are also many good restaurants and farmer market around. I had the good fortune of residing there in 2019, and it remains the most exceptional apartment I have ever called home in Brisbane.Situated in proximity to Milton train station, this location offers easy access to Toowong Village and other areas in South East Queensland. The building features a decently sized swimming pool, in addition to several BBQ stations that offer an excellent opportunity for outdoor entertaining.The only drawback, in my opinion, is that the gym downstairs can be a bit competitive. However, it is worth mentioning that you will find some of the most attractive individuals in Brisbane working out here.

Lived at Westmark Milton for 3 years. Bette, Tony and the ream were amazing on-site managers. Going out of their way to make sure all residents were well looked after - especially during the floods in Feb 2022. Amenities were always clean and well looked after. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.

Located in gorgeous Milton, life at Westmark is a cut above the rest. The facilities are quality with a rooftop providing unbeatable views of the CBD as well as a beautiful outdoor pool with views of the iconic brewery.Management is one focused on the provision of quality and sense of home for all its tenants, with Bette and Tony facilitating a sense of family and community atypical in apartment living.

I lived in this building for more than 4 years and the apartments are always very comfortable and safe, easy access to parking and a wonderful laser area with a pool. I just moved from the building because I am not working closer to the city if I wouldn't be there until today. you walk 1mi. to train station. very accessible for being in the city. The manager is always attentive, helpful and with great competence to deal with all situations that may arise.

Great flat and view!Bette and the team who look after the building are always available.The building is perfectly maintained and clean.The rooftop offers an incredible view of the City.I recommend Westmark Milton!
