MOST unprofessional Business EVER!I was a weekly customer and was very disappointed with this business owner how unprofessional she was and was disgusted on how I was spoken too.She had a loyalty card for regular customers like myself and would get stamps every week after my girlfriend and I would have our weekly treatment.One this particular day we arrived for our treatment and when it was time to pay we presented our loyalty cards that we had accumulated over 6 months. We we're able to receive one free massage so between the two of us and pay for one but the owner wasn't happy to honour the free massage and tells us how do we expect her to pay for her staff if she gives it to us for FREE.It's not about the money I can't believe how rude she was she started yelling at myself and then she Rudely started speaking in another language infront of us to other staff and trying to make out like we didn't receive the treatments.WILL NEVER GO AGAINAnd will tell everyone about this dishonest Operator.

If you’re looking for a relaxing spa experience then this is not the place. The set up is very basic, and somewhat clinical. However, this is by far the best place for a massage in Port Melbourne. If you’re looking for a place where they truly understand your musculoskeletal problems, and can genuinely help you, then I can’t recommend them enough. They’re absolutely brilliant!

Usually kelly massage is amazing but today went for my first ever reflexology massage as I am pregnant . I had to ask 5 times please go harder! All she did was slap my legs and basically just touch the top my toes. I basically paid $45 for someone to put cream on my feet!... :(

After so many years (8) to be precise! My husband and I still look forward to seeing the lovely team at Kelly’s for our weekly massage. Before we began going to Kelly’s we didn’t really get massages- only when we had an injury. But since meeting Kelly and understanding how truly beneficial it can be for our wellbeing. It’s a “no brainer” to look at yourself.The wonderful team all have very unique skills and all are able to always leave you relaxed and ready for the next week.Highly recommend Kelly and her amazing team!!

Was greeted by a rude woman with no mask, very unfriendly and snapped at me. I don't care how good the massage might be, if you don't make a client feel welcome it ruins the experience. I walked out and will find somewhere else.

I'm sad to only give 3 stars, as my first experience with Kelly and her team was 5 stars. She kindly accommodated me between appointments for an emergency calf massage for 20 minutes (i had ran too many stairs and could barely walk), and gave an amazing leg massage. So, I was excited to come back and get a full body massage, but this time I didn't get Kelly working on me. The lady I had this time did do a good job at some points, but overall she used way too much elbow (i really hate when people use elbow more than hands to massage) and put way too much pressure on delicate areas like my spine with her elbow. At one point I felt my breathing was being impaired because of the pressure coming down my back on top of my rib cage from the elbows. I started to feel kind of stressed in the massage, even though I was trying to communicate discomfort, I was getting frustrated and I even got a headache partway through as well as felt sore and not in a relieved way upon leaving. My nerves felt a little shot and I just felt too much pressure and bone to bone elbow was used on my back and neck. The leg massage was good again though.

Kelly's massage deserves five stars..if you get Kelly herself on the phone. Their english is limited but I speak canto (what they speak) and in either terms, if you get Kelly on the phone and book with her, the phone service AND the massage is great. If not, well be prepared to be told off.Case in point, I just called the Port Melbourne number hoping to see if Kelly is available and promptly got told if you want Kelly call Kelly's number". I googled Kelly's Massage and pressed call... I'm not sure who they expected the number to get through to. :/"

I’m glad I listened to the review that said this was the best massage they had ever had. My massage was professional, thorough, in-tune and I feel great! It’s my new favourite massage place

Very experienced masseuses at an excellent price. Came here with my partner and got a couples massage. Just as fantastic as their south Melbourne market location and definitely a more relaxing venue.
