Highly recommend Aileen Pearce!Aileen's managed the property that I rent for the past couple of years. In that time I've found her to be prompt with communication, super organized and awesome to deal with.In my experience of renting and owning investment properties, I've noticed its hard to find someone that actually cares about your assets. And If I was going to go through O'rourke, I would be asking for Aileen to manage my property specifically.

Kathleen Te Raki has been the Property Manager for our investment property since 2017. During this time Kathleen has impressed us by her prompt response to any requests we, or the Tenants have made. Kathleen hasalways delivered timely and positive outcomes, which has made being a lessor far less stressful. We truly are fortunate to have a competent person like Kathleen managing our property.

Over the past 2 years they have been amazing at managing tenant changes and work on my apartment. Highly recommend O'Rourke Real Estate team.

The problem of this company is not all their property managers are the best. Fortunately, my partner and I have a 5 stars one, Aileen Pearce. Even if the owner is a tough person, Aileen tries always to do the best for us, and she is very precise in applying the tenancy law.So, 5 stars for Aileen, but the company itself deserves no more than 3 stars.
