Today I had the pleasure of meeting Peet and Brendan. They arrived promptly and provided me with a clear understanding of the process and pricing. The quote was good value, however, I would have been comfortable saying ‘no thanks’ if I’d felt it was excessive.They quickly assessed the pile, and without wasting any time, got to work. They were friendly, efficient, and respectful of my property, ensuring no damage was done to my walls or floors during the removal process. Not only that, but they sorted the items, separating the reusable goods from the junk.Overall, I cannot recommend 1800-GOT JUNK, especially Peet and Brendan, highly enough. Their exceptional customer service, professionalism, efficiency, and eco-friendly practices make them a great choice. I will definitely be using their services again in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family. Keep up the fantastic work!

Great service!My first time trying out the company, always curious about the big blue trucks. Needed a recliner chair immediately removed (I have no ute or trailer), got an instant quote over the phone and I booked online, so easy for same day pick up.Jared called me up, as he was in the area and could come earlier, which was great for me.Removal was super fast, payment was easy and I could get on with my whole day. No back pain and no hassle with hiring vehicles. Jared was very friendly and informative.I'll definitely consider using them for my next bigger load.
