I was completely surprised on how this place looks like totally different from the last time I was here. Bright and easy on the eyes. People working looked happy, very positive aura in the place. The staff who assisted me also was engaging and accommodating.

Arrived at 8:15am with my documents for a name change and was the third person in line, they opened on time at 8:30. Checked in at the desk, was called up within a couple of minutes and was out the door and sorted by 8:39am. The staff I spoke to were all lovely and helpful.

Visited today to help my newly migrated sister(skilled migrant) and her daughter to be enrolled for Medicare. Had to deal with the grumpy and rude old lady who was sitting right in front of the door. She had the audacity to actually ask me to stop talking. When she did not even care to listen or fully understand what their situation was. Kept interrupting rudely. It was very unprofessional of her and my sister had a very unpleasant first experience of Australian Services at the Werribee branch.My sister is highly qualified and respected in her profession but unfortunately had to witness horrible customer service. It's because of people like this Medicare's reputation is badly effected. We speak highly of the country and such people are a shame and embarrassment to the country.

Very disappointing as we were waiting for half an hour to be service and being told inquiry of childcare and family benefit have to be made by phone calls only.The check in service staffs has to ask customers what they inquiry about and decide whether should let them take in a queue or not for the services on site so not wasting of waiting time.A Lot to improve !

I walked in there today, apprehensive because of what I'd read here, but have to say my experience was nothing short of great. The security person was friendly, as were everyone. I waited no more than 4 minutes to be seen and although this was a new experience for me, their expert fact finding elicited the responses they needed from me to get things smoothly underway.

Really disappointed to visit this GOVT organisation because of this indian/asian women on counter number 3.I feels like clearly discrimination.totally nonsense and unexperienced stupid person who doesn’t have any idea where she is sitting and serving clients.this is Govt organisation and anyone who visit must be serve with respect and dignity.this woman feels like have no experience or any idea why she is here to serve.making things complex and refuse to provide a simple printout of my son’s immunisation history statement.she has no idea that this service is provided by this organisation even though next girl sitting on counter mentioned they do provide this service here and can print out statement for my son immunisation history but she was like neglecting and wanted to confirm inside with someone.moreover if she has no idea about how legal documents work and how last name changed after marriage. Dont stick your nose into that matters we are not here to explain why last name changed and how its changed.Its really disappointing to get these sort of response from a GOVT organisation.

I visited Centerlink today and checked the reviews before visiting. However, the Centerlink staff I experienced firsthand were very kind. The security man was neat and friendly, and the staff in charge of me already knew the situation I was in and solved the problem accurately.
