These guys are pathetic, only days after having a basic towbar installed on a basic falcon, I've had to have my bumper reinstalled, clips broken, nuts missing. Unprofessional.

Hassle free booking an appointment online with these guys even at short notice. Came in after 9am and they were done before 12. Very neat workmanship and quite happy with the quality of the Hayman Reese towbar.I had concerns with cutting out part of the bumper but it turns out that I could hardly notice it. Fantastic service, highly recommended.

Hayman Reese Tow Bar - BMW X312/01/2022Incredible customer service really friendly over the phone and quick turn around.Install quality is great and zero damage from a pretty complicated install, where you have to remove a lot of panels and trim to install the tow bar kit.Decent price for quality, cheapest from the places I called around to for the same kit installed.Highly recommend these guys!
