Wicked Campers Monkey Mia

Total rip off, very expensive and they keep your bond for 1 month!!! They make money on your back! Cant believe it and when you complain about it, they are not answering!! Dont rent with them unless you don't mind they keep your bond for 1 month...

A star for the rating is still to much!I think the idea to have a company for renting a 4x4 drive is good, BUT....- there is no Wicked office in Denham!!! You find a garage for repairing cars. The Guys who are working there are no motivated to help! Very unprofessional and no userfriendly!- for the price you get an old car. The army look is cool, but the whole car has scratches, rusts and bumps everywhere! We told the responsible person, that is not possible to mark everything. The answer: No wories about this and new scratches. Important is that you clean the inside of the car!- you get a car with nothing!!! A gascooker without gas bottle, no dishes or pans!- badest Support experience ever! getting only standard answers and no willing to help.- On the return a kilometer away of the garage, the front light falled off, in the normal road. We fixed it and have been honest and told the guys what happen. Again the told us, not to be worried about, that happend often. I asked for a written proof, what they denied! At the end, we didn´t get the whole bond back. No information in advance. We still a fighting to get the money back or an invoice for our insurance.Please, Please Please do not rent a car with a companie like wiked! I know the tours that a offer a espensive but we recooemd to support them.We also red the articles and thought that will not happen to us! Be more inteligent and don´t support a company like wicked!!

These five star reviews are obviously fake!We rented at Monkey Mia in September, the car was in awful condition, filthy and dirty, camping table and kitchen utensils were unusuable. Car was run down with almost 300tsd km on the clock. Furthermore Wicked Camper charged us 100 Dollars cleaning fee for this after we were back home, waiting 3 weeks for our deposit to be returned. Upon return they said everything was fine and they don´t give out receipts for return of the car. Don´t do it, Wicked Camper at Monkey Mia is pure rip off. They don´t even have an office there, it´s just a mechanic garage that does it on comission. Shame, because Francois Peron itself is beautiful. Go somewhere else if you don´t want to be ripped off.

1 star is too much.The LandCruiser was broken, the headlight fell out while driving and they tried to charge us for it. It took almost 6 months to get the deposit back. It took threatening lawyers and calling out the owner of the company on NZ to get it back. We got the $500 back, but I would never touch them again if they were the last car hire business on earth.

Worst company ever!! Lousy costumer service, not even a real office, so if you have a problem try to solve it by phone with rude staff. They keep my deposit money for 3 weeks (i’m still waiting for it...). So I reckon they do good business keeping 500$ from every car they hire for more than 2 weeks. When you ask why they keep it that long, they say it’s the company policy... dirty businessesNever ever hire a car with wicked campers!!

Very expensive ($300/24h) and still trying to keep the $500 bond. After claiming it back they still kept $100 for cleaning fees" although the car was returned in good condition. When disputing this fee

Very bad, i tried to come in their store. Supposed to be open at 9h ... no one there. I called them and email, whatsapp, fb they said we will call you back after 3 days nothing ... dont trust them. They are very very unprofessional.

The most appalling company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We returned our hire a day early, cleaner than we had received it and our deposit took 63 days to be returned.We called mutliple times to question what was happening with our deposit and each and every agent who answered the phone stated that they could do nothing to help us.Absolute farce of a company, disgraceful

Booked one way from Exmouth to Monkey Mia.Absolutely awful! Overpriced, horrible customer service, and one star is still too much to give them! Pick up was awful, we were treated poorly, and drop off was a complete fiasco, leaving my family stranded over 15 miles away from our final destination (where we were actually listed to drop off via our contract, but it was actually in a completely different town and we had to find this out on our own...)Our truck was filthy and falling apart, and we booked the latest model! It also stunk terribly!Our spare tires were flat, we couldn't access the jack to be able to change a tire because it was locked with a combo code we were not provided... The truck box barely latched closed and came open on us while driving at one point. It also did not lock so leaving the vehicle was a little unnerving, thank goodness the camping people in Western Australia are all honest people!If booking a camper company, I can't tell you enough to look elsewhere and find one that is better geared! The country is amazing to see, I'm just sad that the company we happened to book with tarnished the experience.Thank goodness the mechanic at the drop off in Denham was decent and gave us a ride back to Monkey Mia!

Never choose this company. They eat our deposit for unbelievable reason. We only have about 200kms on the road, but they charge us as 800kms. And you can't contact with customer service always. We are fighting.
