The Cheesecake Shop

I got in the shop at 6:58. The girl with gymshark clothes, sorry couldn’t remember the name,she packed up everything but she still served me without any bad expressions on her face.Very good customer service and smily face.I worked in hospitality I know how it feel whe someone rocks up when shop is closing.

I went to this cheesecake shop for a friends birthday. I was politely greeted by the girl working behind the counter (i believe her name was nina). She was a tremendous help as i had no idea which cake to purchase for this birthday. We settled on the bee-sting cake and it was by far the most terrific cake my friends and i have ever had!! Would go back here just for the service and the bee-sting cake!! I highly recommend this store!!!

I order from menulong a cake for Mother’s Day and on menulong the cake pic show’s writing on it and their is no option to pay for writing so I call to store just to verify their will be Mother’s Day writing on cake and the lady was rude she said no and I asking how I can pay extra for writing so she keep saying do it on app but o told their is no option and I am happy to pay $5 or $10 I don’t care because it’s Mother’s Day and I wanna make my mum happy but the lady don’t care. I told m not from South Australia that is why I am ordering menulong but this shop is just careless.

Purchased my sons 21st cake from the Gilles Plains store, cake was nicely decorated and tasted great. Always get great service there.

Beyond disappointed with this cake and the service at Gilles Plains. Icing was so thick on the outside, it wouldn’t cut through. Cake crumbled and fell apart when cutting. It def wasn’t a naked cake that you could see the cake underneath like in the photo. Disappointed on cutting to find the cake wasn’t even a choc mudcake as ordered. On returning to store and complaining the managers customer service was deplorable and arrogant. Smug and argumentative and not apologetic at all for the wrong cake being made. Refund only given after my mum refused to drive 120kms round trip to return the uneaten remainder of the cake - even though I supplied him 10 photos of the cake and the way we had to serve up crumbled slices to our guests. Do not recommend this store for your next event.Best thing about this purchase was the box it came in! Shop elsewhere!!!Would give Gilles Plains Cheesecake Shop a 0star rating if it was an option!

Now since when have you started putting sultanas in the Carrot cake of yours??? Who put sultanas in Carrot cake??? I used to love your Carrot cake but now with my recent purchase I am no longer going to buy Carrot cake from you. One star is only for the Carrot cake.

Extremely rude old man and lady. And this is not the first time they have behaved like this with me. Went to buy a cake and they both were so rude rather than just letting me know that the cake is not available. Need to learn some manners to respond to customers.

Far and above the best cheesecake shop going around, put them up against anybody and they’ll take the cake! Especially Modbury. Incredible staff who will open their hearts and guide you inside, 6/5 stars

The male staff here is a little bit rude, and the car park is very tiny but that is all I can fault. The cakes are always up to standard if not better I have never once been able to complain about their selection absolutely wonderful. I recently brought the cutest cake for my mums birthday the whole family were in love

Very unprofessional and rude staff. They don't know how to talk patiently and with respect to customers. The lady was rude to me on phone and then later to my hubby picking up the cake. It doesn't hurts to smile and treat customers with respect. Never coming back to this shop again where people don't know how to treat customers. Shame on you guys.
