Crowne Plaza Adelaide, an IHG Hotel

The team are always friendly and willing to help. Rooms are modern, neat and clean. There are water filters in the corridors near the lifts which is a little, but very appreciated feature. Great views

We had a fabulous stay at the Crowne Plaza. We were warmly welcomed, our room was bright with spectacular views over the city and service throughout our stay was impeccable. Breakfast was outstanding in every way. We can't wait to return.

The Crowne Plaza took care of our wedding party this weekend. We had an absolutely amazing experience. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The One Bedroom Suite was the perfect size for a small wedding party (6 people getting ready plus stylist). The service was brilliant. They catered our extra requests perfectly, including delivering extra chairs to the room, providing additional coffee pods, sending deliveries and guests up to the room, and assisting us with transporting luggage to our vehicle after we had checked out. No request was left unfulfilled, and it really made our wedding experience easy and low-stress. The pool was delightful as well.

We recently spent a week at the Crowne and we were very impressed with its product offering. The room itself was clean, neat and tidy. The customer service provided by the entire team was exceptional. From remembering breakfast (omelette) orders to loaning charging equipment for IT devices, the staff always went above and beyond what would reasonably be expected. We highly recommend!

My three sisters and I come to Adelaide from Melbourne to celebrate my birthday today. What a nice and pleasant experience at Crowne Plaza. Staff Kulpreet is so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Room is so beautiful with a great view and high-tech. We have a great time. We strongly recommended Crowne Plaza to our family members and friends.
