Had to get on & write this review because I am so impressed. Booked online for an appointment. Nadine called and advised they were short staffed so I couldn't have that particular time. Unfortunately I couldn't make any other time so I said I would have to cancel. Nadine told me to sit tight and she would contact me back. Before I knew it she had a stylist from another store coming in to do my hair. Tim was amazing & I left feeling fabulous after my appointment. Will definitely be back. Thanks team! xx

THE BEST EXPERIENCE! I am so sceptical when trying a new hairdresser but the ladies here were amazing, so welcoming & knew exactly what colour to do for my copper hair which sometimes is hard to achieve. The colouring, cut, hair washing, styling... everything was seamless, timely & an all round pleasant experience. I will 100% go back here, thanks heaps xx

If you are thinking about going to this salon and have never been there before, DO NOT GO. I made an appointment online for 12:15pm through their online booking system as my usual salon was closed over the Christmas and New Year period. I thought I would go with Stefans Aspley as they seem like a reputable business, but that is far from the truth. I arrived on the day of my appointment at 12:07pm and I had to wait to be served by the people at the front as they were yelling out in loud conversation with staff members inside the salon. I then told them I was there for my 12:15pm appointment. The lady proceeded to say in a rude tone 'oh you are early' at which I was confused because it was only 12:07, not very early at all. They asked if I wanted to come back or wait, and I said I will wait. The male hairdresser finally came up, who's first words were along the lines of you are very early

I’ve had my hair done a couple of times with Billie at the salon now, and I’m so incredibly pleased with her level of care and professionalism when she’s working with my hair.Billie is lovely to chat to and gives great advice in regards to hair products. Would highly recommend her!

I had done my hair stylecut and Highlights last week. Very professional staff and amazing service. They understood exactly what I wanted and gave me the look as per my expectations. The atmosphere is very relaxing and they do the job very thoroughly.The price is comparatively expensive but They provide various promotions. I’m very happy with them and definitely recommend visit.

I visited the salon yesterday for a brand new look. The girls there were very inviting and i felt comfortable. The shop was busy but they seemed to all work as one unit which was great to see in a hair salon ! After sitting for quiet a long time getting my hair done (it was a drastic change) i was ready to leave. I had noticed my hair was not exactly how i wanted but expected that and i also know that no two hairstyles are the same. The next day i straightened my hair and realised that indeed it was just not for me, the cut was way off and the colour was just not what i was expecting. I headed back down to the shop first thing this morning with my concerns and spoke with Nadine (the manager). I voiced my concerns and blown me down she invited me straight into the shop and got straight to work on my hair for no extra cost!! There was not one ounce of annoyance or judgement on any of the staffs part. They were more than accommodating to all of my needs and i had the best experience ever. This salon is a well oiled machine and i cannot thank them enough, i walked out today feeling a million bucks and will definitely be back again !! Thanks guys !
