A lovely, busy place right on the beach. Well worth a visit and great spot for families too. The staff were busy so we had a bit of a wait, but such a great view! We'll be back for sure.Accessibility to beachside area could be challenging for some, there are different levels, a few steps to outdoor area.

Gorgeous, intimate location and atmosphere. A staff member - Amelie - made us feel welcome and helped to seat us quickly. All staff friendly. No table service, though the food was fresh and good quality. Lots of couples and small groups enjoying the morning.

Hosted our wedding a couple of months ago at The Sandbar. We had the BEST time. Lovely staff that night including bartenders, waiters and security. Sam was just amazing to us! She made sure we were being looked after. Food was DELICIOUS, our guests were in fact very pleased with the canapés being served hot. Sound system was on point and we definitely had a lot of fun that night. Very pleased about the overall experience and we don't regret choosing The Sandbar as our wedding venue. Thank you Caitlin for helping us organise our magical day.

Coffees came out promptly and were very nice. Kids enjoyed their milkshakes, however nothing on the menu for the little fella was a bummer. Lunch was great. The schnitzel was excellent as was the calamari and fish n chips.

My partner and I held our engagement party at the Sandbar in February 2023. It was a beautiful event and I highly recommend the Sandbar for any event or function. The event coordinator, Caitlin, was very responsive to all of our questions and ensured the evening ran smoothly. The staff on the evening were friendly and attentive, especially the manager Sam (she was amazing!). The space was set up beautifully and all of our guests enjoyed the evening. The food (antipasto table and canapes) were delicious and fresh. All of our needs were met! A big thank you to everyone at the Sandbar for making our special night so wonderful.

My go-to place for a nice brunch. The Staff is amazing, the food is good and the views are very nice. Perfect for breakfast and lunch and everything in-between.

The coffee was perfect, croissant was toasted but too crusty.Waiters were nice. Indoor was warm and cosy.

Beachfront cafe in Middle Park. Visited here with a couple of friends for brunch. The app didn’t have the full range that was on offer and you had to order inside for the items that weren’t on the app.The food came out quickly. I ordered the fritters which were a bit on the dry side and tasted quite bland. The ice coffee was lovely with a dollop of ice cream on top.If you’re sitting outside make sure to pull the umbrella up as the seagulls might poop on your table and food!It’s convenient if you were spending the day at the beach or wanted a beach catch up but otherwise for brunch or cafe food, it wouldn’t be top of my list.

For a Wednesday the place is half-full, been happily greeted by the server and assisted us which is awesome!Ordered 2 things:1. Big Breakfast- eggs specifically wanting to have Sunny Side up. Big serving but pretty much food is average. The eggs were overcooked sadly.2. Seafood Conchiglie- lemon veloute is alright and taste like parmesan cheese which is not supposed be it’s way different for a veloute sauce. Prawn is overcooked and taste fishy, the let down is the salmon not fresh and taste awful. We can’t finish it. Presentation was great though!Overall it’s 2/5.
