I have been going here a lot lately. Mostly because the food is satisfying with a decent amount of options to put on your sandwiches. As well as some sides and good selection of drinks (my favourite is to ask for a large cup). Staff are polite, but you might have to wait for your order a bit if there is more than 3 orders. Subway is easily one of the most reliable and consistent fast-food restaurants in Mount Isa.

Worst subway in Australia. The servers had one brain cell each. The salads were all mixed together. Nothing was refilled I had to ask for cheese and avo, they literally were going to give me just salad and meat and when I did ask the server gave me a dirty look and had to go out the back to get it?? You have one job. Make me a sanga

Staff were extremely slow, lacking any type of urgency to get orders done fast. I waited over 20 minutes and honestly should of gone somewhere else....

Service painfully slow but that's probably because they are on Mt Isa time where nothing happens in this town and everyone is depressed. Local uneducated customers giving them lots of attitude because they (customers) can't read a menu.Felafel smash was good, would liked to have option of hummus sauce but it wasn't available.Premises was clean.

the staff were very friendly and pleasant but I cringed watching their hygiene techniques. Junior staff need training and supervision. Food was great

What the- i can’t even put into a sentence what just happened so I’m going to number it.1.) my server literally walked out… mid serving me, without saying anything at all and left me standing there for 5 minutes before another lady came from out the back to serve2.) they started putting cheese and sauce on my sub without even asking me what I would like3.) the young boy who took over didn’t even know what white bread was…. I don’t even know how to respond to that4.) they offered to toast my sub after the avocado was on instead of giving me the option to have it toasted before and so now I’m toasting it at home (which isn’t that big of a deal except that’s why I’m paying, not just for the food but for the service too, which frankly you should lower your prices if the service is going to be that trash)5.)so bloody rude, no pleases, thank you’s, eye contact or just any communication with the customers6.) brought my things up to the pay station and instead of processing me, they decided to stand back and have a conversation with their work mateIf you weren’t the only subway in town I’d honestly never go back. Just train your staff better seriously. That’s an absolute joke

As with any mount isa business, slow, sloppy and a lack of care....IMPORTANTif you get served by a tall chubby male, ask for a different server otherwise you'll be there for next ten thousand years
